This is a 12‑week, 1:1, in‑person program in Dubai. It’s sharp, intense, and non‑negotiable.


Weeks 1–2 (Assessment & Alignment): Bloodwork, sleep, nutrition, training baseline. Relationship audit. Work systems and decision cadence. Mental discipline tests.  

Weeks 3–6 (Execution & Load): Custom training + diet, sleep protocols, hard conversations scheduled and executed, leadership behaviors installed, deep‑work blocks enforced.  

Weeks 7–10 (Pressure & Proof): Higher physical load, tougher conversations, measurable KPIs at home and work, energy drains eliminated.  

Weeks 11–12 (Consolidation): Standards locked, relapse plans, long‑term protocols, and final review.
